No. The internet works on IP addresses (an IPV4 address looks like this 235.67.128.216). A service called DNS looks up the address http://mysite.com to find out its IP address and then tells the client broswer. If your IP address changes then obviously the DNS will not be able to tell the client the correct address.
To get it to work you will need to sign up to a dynamic DNS redirtection service such as the one offered by DYNDNS. |
